I was visiting San Francisco from Boston. While in SF, I was searching for the burial site of my distant relatives. I emailed the Italian Cemetery office and requested information. Troy immediately responded with the location of the grave along with photos. When we arrived at the cemetery, we had difficulty finding the grave, so we called the office, and the woman that answered the telephone was so accommodating and guided us to the burial site.
